Loaded Roasted Potato Casserole

bags (19 oz each) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers® Value Size frozen roasted potatoes, broccoli & cheese sauce
- 3/4
- cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (3 oz)
- 1/2
- cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2
- cup sour cream
- 1/4
- cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
- 1Heat oven to 400°F. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on bag. Spoon evenly into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- 2Top with cheese and bacon.
- 3Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until topping is light golden brown. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
